With Technetium the theme of the silverseries becomes concrete. While going through the ironseries, the focus was on learning skills in order to survive in the world as an individual. In the silverseries as a whole, it is about reflection of those skills and convince others of their quality.

Here in stage 7 the focus is on function. It is the same stage as Manganum and is similar to virgo.

Embodiment of the individual in the world. Problems of adjustment dealing with the world and others. Perfection of the approach to life. Development of mundane skills, ability to change to adapt to life better. Service, helping, perfectionist, always seeking to improve, efficiency, practical, functional, analytical. Interested in crafts and projects, true to self in a simple, unassuming manner. Reacts to defeats and setbacks by pulling back and altering approach. Lacks confidence in the face of opposition, lives up to duties and responsibilities. Interested in maintaining the body as a fit vehicle.

So the reflection (libra) and vision (sagittarius) have to become functional (virgo).

The complement is pisces which is about giving up the controle.

Surrender to the universe, to higher goals, ego sacrifice. Compassion and empathy, selfless work. Seeing the unity of all things. The end of cycles, forming seeds for the next cycle of growth. Mysticism, fails to make normal distinctions. Laziness, victim, martyr, servant. Tends to escapism. Fantasy, drugs, alcohol, religion. Very receptive, sensitive, even psychic. Co-dependency, care-taking.

Scholten mentions the incompatibility of being unique and cooperate.

Practise in methods of presentation. Desire lessons in creativity. Need feedback. Want to improve talents, find a better shape for inspiration. Sharpen theory with experiments. Need of guru. Also like criticism, as long as it is constructive and improving. Want to cooperate with others. Keep helping others instead of finding their own inspiration. The uniqueness of inspiration and creation does not go together with cooperation with others. Fail because they get stuck in techniques. Creations have quality, but there is no real inspiration. Have the best technique, but miss the real ambition to win. Keep improving their technique, but that is why it does not get an inbuild skill, that can be used automatically.

Brilliant description, just did a case of Technetium and the description confirmed it bit by bit. I am pretty confident now that I am spot on:) Thank you!
